I got opportunity to implement latest Instagram graph API with Laravel in one of my project. its completely different way and style after Instagram merge with Facebook. . I worked with latest graph API version 9.0 using older version of Laravel. However its not depend on which version of Laravel you are using because the only below required modules you need on your server to make it work.
